Devin Craig is a seasoned executive, investor, and consultant with over 15 years of leadership experience across a diverse portfolio of industries including finance, healthcare, franchising, and private equity. He brings a proven track record of helping organizations grow through strategic investment, operational efficiency, and strong people-centered leadership.

Devin is currently a Partner and Broker with Peterson Acquisitions, where he helps connect business buyers and sellers with integrity and strategic insight. As Principal of CGH, a private investment and consulting firm, he leads ventures that focus on business acquisition, organizational development, and long-term value creation.


His professional journey includes serving as a Regional Manager for both DaVita and KeyBank, as well as Chief Operating Officer at JJ Rocket LLC, a multi-unit Jimmy John’s franchisee. In each role, Devin has demonstrated an ability to drive both top-line and bottom-line growth—managing businesses ranging in size from $500,000 to over $20 million. His approach centers on enhancing employee engagement, operational clarity, and organizational efficiency.

In addition to his executive work, Devin is the founder of Craig Consulting Group, where he has helped clients improve leadership practices, team dynamics, and performance outcomes. He is also the author of Super Manager, a book that outlines practical, people-focused strategies for becoming an exceptional leader.

Devin holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Washington, and an Associate’s degree from the New Mexico Military Institute.
